    Positive Fitness, inaugurated by Mrs. Seema Sharath on 11th September provides professional service for fitness for all over fitness. It is available for both men and women during different timings of the day. Mrs. Seema Sharath has been teaching from around about 10 years now and has recently updated the name to ‘Positive Fitness’ from ‘Seesha’. You get good packages right from dance to yoga and meditation training. Mrs. Sharath has been trained in the activities she teaches and has been granting opportunities to many a people to attain fitness with her sessions.
